Checked out B’s robotech camp thing at Mason Park. These people are making a ton of money for nothing. And what’s with all these overweight people running kid activities. I didn’t sign C with Tutortime because all the teachers were overweight and that didn’t make me confident that they could take care of my baby. I mean C runs really fast. They don’t look like they can even walk… only waddle… that’s how overweight they look. How can I let them take care of him if they can’t even catch him?

Then B’s camp thing. Also overweight counselors. Wth. Are kids and fat counselors synonymous? At least B is a bit older so I feel ok leaving him with them but I’m guessing he won’t be running around all that much. I guess I’m used to NY. None of the teachers are overweight.

I think that child care would be a booming business here. I read an article that said there was a shortage of it in Orange County. Too bad I’m not inclined to take care of a bunch of bratty kids. This is definitely easy money. House a bunch of kids in your house, charge up the wazoo for doing nothing.
Oh well.

I also went to Lakeview Senior Center too look up stuff for the in laws. I think they’re bored so I figured I would pick up some pamphlets for them. Man, seniors have it made. Why don’t they make centers for people our age? They have maj jong, tai chi, painting, dancing, karaoke, traveling all over the world, fitness classes. I think they’re pretty happy. Mom in law said I was a great daughter in law *laughs*.
