SO hmmm recap … did a lot of Halloween activities including Boo Bash at University where I froze my butt off for Lounge theatre. They showed Little Vampire. But 3/4′s of the way through I just couldn’t take it and we split. We were gonna rent it so we could see the end but then guess what, it was on tv. x

B went as Wolverine and C went as Bob the Builder. Cute. B should have been the one posing for that Wolvering package because he looked tons better than the kid on it. B’s class Halloween party was cool too. Nancy did a great job pulling it together. She bought Pottery Barn wooden pumpkin name plate things, halloween balloons, halloween platters. They played bingo where the bingo numbers were chocolate pieces. They made cookies with frosting and toppings like kisses, sprinkles, little candy pumpkins. The made Halloween pbnj sandwiches where one bread was orange and one was black. Kind of creepy but cool. I just brought grapes O.o.

We also went to Newsong Church where they had their 10th anniversary in Long Beach Convention Center. It was kind of cool although Al says he didn’t get the service topic “Speechless”. I think it was about – in order to appreciate things people do for you, you have to experience loss. At least that’s what I got out of it.

On a side note, we’ve been eating out all week. Honda-ya, Ku Wol San, Pat and Oscars, Sam Woo’s. I’m gonna get fat soon. O.o I also went to hang out with people at Ravencreek today for brunch. I brought hummus and pita bread for the pot luck. Don’t think it went over too well. It’s too surbuban here >.>
You know something is not quite right when people are raving over the mac and cheese that someone made. In NY, the hummus would have been gone in secs. *sigh* This is the point where I come to the realization that I don’t quite fit the mold.

I’ve also picked up writing again. Hope I can stick with it. But first, gonna start editing G-neko tomorrow. It’s too cool. I cleaned all the pages already. Just need to lay out the text.
