I’ve gotten used to the sun so all these rainy days are depressing. I think this was pretty par for the course in NY but in california this is soooo unusual. Blegh. I still made it out yesterday and went to Cathy’s and hung out with Tiffany, Karen, Lisa and Jennifer (whom I have never met before). I tried to talk to Jennifer a little but I just think she’s just one of those socially awkward people. After a while I just gave up and talked to the others. x I cooked pork chops and broccoli yesterday. I think I got sick from eating too much broccoli. I’ve come to the conclusion that I can’t overeat anything. Moderation, moderation, moderation. But I must say my broccoli came out really good so I couldn’t help myself. Usually I mess up broccoli, either overcook it so that it’s all yucky and soggy or I undercook it so that it’s too hard. ;_; I just have to remember what I did for this one. I will attempt the broccoli maneuver again tonight. x *yawns … hate burning…
