Ok I’m definitely out of shape. Al and I went to play tennis this morning and now I’m so tired and my muscles ache. Horrible thing is we did exercise and then what did we do with all that exercise? We went to starbucks after and I got a mocha frappachino cause I was so hot. Evil.
My wrist hurts – I think I didn’t hold the racquet right. Any advice? Should I be wearing something on my wrist or what?

if your grip is weak, that’ll increase stress to your wrists
builing them grippin muscles and watever muscles work that joint’ll help
other than that.. wearing stuff doesnt really do too much
it might encourage certain movement behaviors that in turn help
tennis rakets shud be held as you would hold someone’s hand when shaking it

LOL! You know, if you keep exercising your muscles will stop aching… that’s the only real cure! *^o^* Also, potassium (eat bananas after you sport) will help ease some of the pain.
I don’t play tennis so I can’t give you any tips ^_^;;
