Actually had a surprisingly good time in Arizona tho it was hot as hell. It was mostly 100F >.> Dry heat though so I guess it wasn’t as bad as it could have been. My shoulders got burnt tho. I never get burnt >.> I put on lotion too but I guess I put it on a day late. I think I got burnt from the first day. We went to Phoenix zoo so that wasn’t too bad and lay by the pool. Much better than the zoos we have here. They had lots of cute animals. Then we met up with everyone else after that. We ordered pizza the first nite lol. Then B came over and we had a long talk about everything. I didn’t get much sleep that nite. The Sheraton villas were awesome except for one thing – you have to pay for the internet which wouldn’t have been so bad except you had to go to their lobby to get the wireless. $2 setup fee (*rolls her eyes*) + $2 per hour or $5.95/day.

The second day, we rode camels and burros and we rode on a stagecoach thing in this replica of the Old West. So wanna know how much of a city girl I am? So I ask our stagecoach driver what kind of horses were pulling us. She says, “They aren’t horses, they’re mules.” “Oh,” says the city girl as she dies from embarassment. There you go, I can’t tell the fricking difference between horses and mules >.>. Afterwards, we lay by the pool again. I chatted mostly with B and everyone else was napping. Then we ate out for dinner. We had 12 people. I wasn’t hungry but I knew we would be splitting the bill so I ordered something anyway.

Third day, yes, we drove hours and hours to go yes you guessed it… bowling X.x;;;;;; I hate bowling. Anyway, we ate at Nothing but Noodles, which is the franchise Kevin bought into. He told me to try it while we were here – I got the cappelini primavera and Al got the beef stroganoff noodles. Pretty good stuff. Al beat me in air hockey – I hate him >.> jk *cough* Then we hung out by the pool again, then we did a bbq (burgers, hot dogs, salmon, naan, and baby back ribs). Al and I actually picked the lamb baby back ribs at first but then I saw this other girl have this huge rack of ribs and I looked at our puny ones and said something is wrong with this picture. Then we realized we had the wrong ones. I didn’t even know lamb baby back ribs existed X.x Lesson: always read the labels.

We went to see Star Wars finally. I liked it even tho erm everyone else didn’t. I think you guys (vie, aoi, glar) have got to put it in context. It’s a star wars movie >.> It’s only gonna be the same sort of thing. Corny lines, overacting and whatnot. As long as you keep in mind that it’s in the star wars vein all is good. I liked it cause it wrapped up the whole “how did he turn towards the dark side” issue and why he has to wear that stupid outfit lol. Altho I did think the transitioning from light to dark was a bit hurried and haphazard. Sort of unbelievable, they could have developed that a bit better but whatever. I feel like watching the next three again but I won’t *cough*

They went to play ball this morning and then we took off for home after lunch. I’m so tired now and I have so much crap to deal with tomorrow it’s not even funny. Why do things all pile up on the same day. Evil. Argh >.>
