We went to Wild Rivers Water Park yesterday early so that we could claim some lounge chairs. We got there just at the right time. Was great. We stayed mostly on the kiddie side but that’s ok, it was so hot but being there we stayed really cool. The water rides were great for the kids. The pool was great too for C because he could stand up and his head was just above the water line. I should take him there more.

Then we came home and what did we do? Al was trying to fix my computer since my computer has been exposed for the last week, wires and all. Apparently we don’t have a hard drive metal casing thing to hold the hard drive so we spent some time trying to take apart our old computers trying to find one that would fit (to no avail). Stupid cheap dell. Why couldn’t they have included one to use? I’ve never had to buy one for an extra hard drive before. Blah.

And then yes, you guessed it, I wasted a lot of time playing Jak and Daxter when I should have been packing and taking care of last minute errands. >.>

I told Pamela we were going to NY in middle of September and she was so sweet, she offered me her apt in NY to stay at if I could get back to her with a date (if it wasn’t already occupied). We don’t really need it though since we have a lot of people we can crash at but it might be nice to have an apt to ourselves. We’ll see. I’m sure Will and Linda might want us to stick around or maybe Mary (their place is smaller though).
