Went to see a podiatrist this morning. Apparently I don’t have a heel spur like I thought but plantar fascitis. The doc says I wear sandals, and walk barefoot too much and that my condition is due to genetics. I guess I have flat feet :/ Blah… He says I should wear tennis shoes from now on and I have to do a bunch of other stuff to alleviate the pain – icing, specific stretching exercises, advil, reduce acitivities. Why me? ;_;
