So I got bored waiting for Goong ep 18 subs to come out so I watched the first episode of “My Girl” which I downloaded awhile ago. People rec it a lot and it’s by the same director as Delightful Girl Choon Hyang so I figured why not. First episode was amusing. I haven’t formed a solid opinion of it since it’s an intro eps but I know I don’t hate it or vehemently dislike it. But I don’t have anymore episodes of it so I couldn’t continue to see if it was worth watching for the long haul. So downloading it now. The actors who played Choon Hyang’s in-laws are also in this drama. The guy who played the father-in-law there plays some “hot” (*snickers*) neighbor(?) guy here – or at least the woman who played the mother-in-law in DGCH has the hots for him lol.

Doing my dream dinners thing again tomorrow and lunch date with Windy and Cathy. Windy suggested some weird books for the book club – one is on global warming and the other is something about mothers and daughter so instead of voicing my objections, I think I’ll just skip the next meeting. I’m not too interested and since I’ve already objected to things in the past, I don’t want to be unduly difficult. I’ll let majority rule. Aren’t I so diplomatic? lol

Nearly got into a car accident. After B’s baseball game, I’m driving home and do my fingers thru the hair thing, then I feel something on my hand so of course I’m like hurh, so I look thinking I’ll see fluff. NOT!!!!!!! It was a flying beetle type thing so of course I flip (deathly afraid of bugs), I start swerving trying to get the bug off my hand while trying to steer. Good thing no other cars on the road. So I stressed out the whole ride home wondering where that beetle thing was. So I jumped out of my car and tried to shake that thing off me and saw it fall to the floor. Ugh!

And then to top it all off, I get home and I see a fly in the house. So I of course swat the damn thing, it falls next to my computer. So I’m thinking I killed the stupid thing, and I’m wondering how I’m gonna get that thing with all the wires in the way… and it MOVES!!! So I go to swat it again and it crawls underneath my computer. O.o;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; Bleh. So it was only another 10 minutes and then it finally crawled out and I hit it with wires hanging everywhere and all because damn if I’m gonna let that thing crawl under again. I get creepy crawlies just thinking about it.

So yeah, headache, sniffles, bugs and all … bleh =P I can’t wait till my Mexican Riviera trip. I need a vacation. On the other hand, I’m looking forward to B’s musical. He’s playing an aristocrat in Cinderella, ABBA rendition lol. I watched some of it today. They have it all choreographed nicely and all. Very cool.

Art class for C was lame today. He had a sub Sue and she made them paint plant pots, plant squash seeds in it and that’s it. The majority of class time was spent cleaning all the mess they made. Wth. If C had her as a teacher all this time, I wouldn’t have been impressed with this class at all. Craig was so much better. He really engaged the kids. She did squat. Everything she did I could have done myself. Why would I pay for what she did. What a waste today. I really should find out who the instructor is for next session. She really sucked. I won’t re-sign him if it’s her teaching. Teachers really DO make a difference.
