Purchase process so far
Offer, counteroffer rinse and repeat. Acceptance of one of the offers, signing of purchase agreement with modification of some terms by both parties. We agreed to reduce the number of days from 17 to 14 days in which to reject the contract for a good reason such as inability to get a mortgage loan. [...]
