Bran’s team black knights won the south irvine ayso soccer championship and they play mayor’s cup this Saturday. He gets to take team pic with the mayor! Hopefully their camping trip won’t delay that.

Yummy Thai Bamboo takeout – Penang curry, tofu with peanut sauce, chicken spring roll and grilled pork chops.

Had circuit training today and Caedon had an unfortunate encounter with the soccer ball which resulted in lots of blood gushing from his nose and onto his clothes…

Facebook changed things again…

Extremely hot today… 2 soccer games midday! We ate at Royal Kitchen formerly known as Phoenix… Same name in Chinese though.

Was a good good day… Got our new ride today – white Honda odyssey 2010… The dealer bought our old odyssey because of the low mileage from Honda financing (19.5k).
Was able to return the water filter to costco without a receipt. Bought canon 7d from jandr – they said it was in stock – we’ll see. Called our exterminator regarding ants and they were able to move up my appt to tomorrow. Too bad doc hasn’t called me back. It’s been 2 weeks.

We saw the Radio City Rockettes at the OC Performing arts center in Costa Mesa.  It was pretty cool and festive.  Definitely had xmas spirit.  People were dressed up in red outfits – was cute.  Think the kids really enjoyed it as well as my MIL.  J slept through half of it and he enjoyed the other half.  I was pleasantly surprised that he didn’t give us any trouble at all.

We ate lunch at Mitsuwa’s after that.  They had these New Year’s mochi things that I was tempted to buy just to try out since it was a Japanese traditional thing but I didn’t.  I’ve been trying to be really good about not impulse buying since we’re buying a new house.  I need to refrain.  Of course, I went to Target and that all went down the crapper.
